Exchange/Refund Policy of AL SULAIMAN JEWELLERS
For resizing of any items to bigger size and if additional gold or diamonds are added , charge/s will apply.
Goods can be exchanged only once within 24 hours of delivey , with original invoice and without cutting the tags and any damage to the jewellery. Exchanges can be done at any of the Al Sulaiman jewellery branches.
If any of the items in the order is returned for refund, we will be responsible to refund the value of gold at market rate less making charges and cost of stones.

Return before Delivery
If a customer wishes to return the product ordered or purchased before delivery for a valid reason, ASJ provides them with an option to do so and this will be considered as cancellation of the order. This is explained under the cancellations section.
Return on Defects
Customer may return the delivered product if found to be defective upon arrival at his/her location. Customer shall benefit from this privilege only for genuine faults. Defects may include genuine wears, manufacturing flaws, missing stones, cracks on the stones (provided the items are unused). The information must be passed on to ASJ on the Day of Delivery itself. Return of jewellery is also acceptable in cases where the item delivered to you is different from what was ordered (provided the items are unused). ASJ reserves the right to determine if the product delivered can be considered as defective.
If the customer tampered the jewel deliberately with or without the intention of seizing financial benefits, legal action will be taken under the governing Laws of Qatar for the damage or defamation caused to the company. In such an event, ASJ, apart from initiating legal actions against such customer, shall also penalize by not refunding the amount paid towards the purchase of the item. The item should be returned in the same condition, in its original packaging as delivered by ASJ.

Repairs
At this time, all repair requests made through alsulaimanjewellers.com are only accepted for merchandise purchased from ASJ. The item to be repaired needs to be given in any of the showrooms of ASJ and the customer must produce the original invoice and receipt of the purchase. Repair charged are determined by ASJ and must be borne by the customers. The majority of repair estimates will be given within 7-10 business days for repairs performed in-house. Outside vendors may require additional time.
Delivery Procedure
Delivery of any order from ASJ is safe and secure. Every package of product purchased from ASJ will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing. Every packing is video covered for security reason. If the customer requests for special gift pack, ASJ will gift wrap it along with the words you wish your recipient to receive.
Delivery to Identified Person
We aim to deliver the items in 7 working days, subject to the availability of the products in the showrooms or at warehouse or in the factory. There may be some delay which may take more than 7 to 21 working days to procure or to design. In such case, the customer will be promptly communicated and made aware of the situation. Any inaccuracy in the name or address or inconsistency of the recipient’s presence during delivery shall result in non-delivery of the product. Orders can be delivered to only Residential, Commercial Location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done to any public places.
As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the Qatar government recognized identity proofs or address proof to collect the product. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with our agents by providing with original copies of identity proof.
ASJ holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website.
Cancellation Terms
Customers will be informed if their order is aborted or cancelled either partially or fully and the company may request for additional information if required. Cancellation of order shall happen either by the customer or by the company.
Cancellation by Customer
To cancel an order, you have to send cancellation notice via email (info@alsulaimanjewellers.com) only mentioning the Order Id. User can cancel the order for any genuine reason at any time before delivery. Customized jewels shall not be entertained for cancellation before or after delivery. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. The user agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision as final, in this regard. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice the full invoice value will be refunded to you to the same bank account through cheque or internet banking from where the payment was originally effected within 7 working days
Cancellation by Company
Situation may arise that ASJ may not be able to accept an order and hence left with no other alternative except cancellation. ASJ reserves sole discretionary right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason which the management considers appropriate. Few of the situations that lead to the cancellation of your order includes the unavailability of the product, problems identified by credit and fraudulence investigation of fraud avoidance department, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information etc.,
If the order is cancelled by the company, after your credit/debit card is charged or if payment is processed through internet banking, the charged /paid amount will be refunded back to the same account. The cancellation of the order may be either in full or partial(cases where you purchased more than an item and purchase of one item is cancelled by the company) and the information about cancellation will be informed to the customer and, if required, ASJ shall clarify the required information.
